Support when you need it

We support our clients in optimally designing and continuously improving the technology we implement together. This starts with a thorough inventory and analysis, supplemented—if desired—with training for your own people so they can make efficient use of these resources.
Below are a number of options in terms of training and support. However, we are flexible and will always tailor our collaboration to your wishes. Our goal is to support your organization in the most efficient way possible.

Inspiration session & training courses

This inspiration session is twofold. On the one hand, you and/or your team will gain insight into the possibilities of personalization in general and our solutions in particular. On the other hand, we will gain insight into your organizations, offerings, and objectives. We will use this information to tailor the session to your needs as much as possible.

The costs depend on your specific wishes and requirements and the scope of the session. The standard hourly rate for this work is €110.00 (excluding VAT). In the case of an on-site session, we charge €0.40 per kilometer for a one-way trip.

Sometimes it is more efficient to provide training at your location. It is important that a thorough assessment is carried out in advance and that there is clear agreement on the topics to be covered.

Based on one day of in-company training (2 x 3.5 hours), these costs amount to €770.00 (excluding VAT) excluding travel expenses (€0.40 per kilometer one way). We do not charge for the time required for preparation.

Based on a thorough assessment, we can put together a program consisting of the required number of half-days. We recommend online of approximately 3 hours. Preferably one or a maximum of two sessions per week, so that there is enough time in between to put the acquired knowledge into practice.

The costs for the above program depend on the number of hours/half-days required. We only charge for the actual training hours, not the necessary preparation time. The hourly rate is €110.00 (excluding VAT).
A particularly efficient way to go LIVE quickly is to develop a number of templates during a training session. At the end of the training, your organization can get started with the knowledge acquired and the first template(s) will be available to go LIVE.

The costs for the above program depend on the number of hours/half-days required. We only charge for the actual training hours, not the necessary preparation time. The hourly rate is €110.00 (excluding VAT).
After going live, we remain involved in the ongoing optimization and support of your team. To this end, we offer support agreements for a number of hours per month, quarter, half-year, or year, to be agreed upon. With this approach, you are assured of support when you need it.

The time required to go live depends mainly on the desired number of templates or the number of items to be personalized, as well as the average complexity of these templates. Yes, we can provide training courses for you in a way that suits you best. Depending on the location, this can be done onsite and, of course, online. We recommend blocks of 3 to 4 hours with sufficient time between the individual blocks to gain practical experience with the topics covered. These training courses can be given based on company-specific templates, so that at the end of the training course, two objectives have been achieved: a concrete set of templates and sufficient knowledge to get started with them yourself.
